Personal Coach
I (he/him) am a personal coach living in Berlin, Germany. I’m neurodivergent (autistic), genderqueer (AMAB) and queer, and polyamorous. Originally from Canada, I had a long career in the tech industry before finding my passion in coaching other people to help them grow and thrive in their own lives.
Since childhood, I have been through the process of diagnosis and healing in many different ways. I have experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Talk Therapy, radical personal coaching, and many other therapeutic modalities. I’ve worked with other professionals as both client and student and bring a variety of therapeutic philosophies into my coaching practice to help others avoid the challenges I faced going through the process myself. Person-centered therapy, Coherence therapy, and Radical Therapy are just a few of the tools I draw on to provide a syncretic coaching practice to my clients.

What is Expressive Arts Therapy?
What is Neurodivergence?
Neurodivergence is an umbrella term given to a range of diagnosable conditions. Different institutions and professionals have very different definitions of what constitutes a neurodivergence. Our definition is anyone who feels that they process information and engage with the world in a unique way.
We also believe in self diagnosis and are also open to those that are wondering if they are neurodivergent and would like to know more.
What is Neurodivergent Coaching?
Neurodivergent Coaching is a personalized form of support that focuses on the individual client and their specific strengths and challenges. Clients work with a coach to develop a better understanding of what their neurodivergence is, how to cope with the challenges it brings, and how to build a stronger sense of self in order to thrive in life.
We begin by building a strong understanding of the client’s personal neurodivergent profile and how their day to day life might be affected. We look at sensory needs, executive functioning skills, communication style, and emotional regulation. We then focus on how to build routines and structures in life in that align with their goals that are appropriate and affirming. Clients are given practical, easy to implement strategies that they can use immediately.
What is Neurodivergent Child and Family Coaching?
Neurodivergent Child and Family Coaching is a personalized style of coaching for families with one or more neurodivergent members. Coaching can be one on one with neurodivergent children, parent coaching, family coaching, or a combination of all three.
One-on-one child coaching is individually tailored to each child and their specific strengths and challenges. We use a combination of methods including, expressive arts, child-led play therapy, and teaching them about neurodivergent processing and coping skills. We focus our work on building the child’s self-worth, self-esteem, and self-advocacy skills. We want to ensure children feel empowered by their strengths and fully aware of their challenges so that they are able to get their needs met in all environments. We work with children from 2-18 years old.
Parent coaching focuses on helping parents of neurodivergent children and/or neurodivergent parents with the challenges that they face in their day to day lives. We help parents better understand the needs of themselves and their children and develop strategies to support everyone’s individual needs. We help develop appropriate sensory environments, measured expectations of one another, and build communication systems so that all members of the family can be understood and have their feelings heard. Parent coaching can be for individual parents or jointly for parents and parental figures.
Family coaching includes all members of the family and focuses on building healthy attachment, communication, boundaries, and understanding amongst all members of the family. Family coaching can be play-based, arts-based, or talk-based depending of the ages and needs of the individuals. Family coaching sessions are generally combined with individual child and/or parent coaching so that the family session can focus on the activities and engaging with one another and separately the coach and individual family members can address specific, targeted needs.
